Home Flooring Direct operate with a dedicated team, dealing directly with each client to ensure the correct products are chosen to best suit your individual requirements. We offer a comprehensive fitting warranty of two years from date of installation, and in addition to this each product will be supplied with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Further information on warranties can be obtained by contacting us.

We work closely with many National house builders, which offer us the ability to pre install your flooring prior to occupation, as we hold detailed plans for each house type, negating the need to physically measure each room, this saves both time and money, which is reflected in our pricing.

In addition to this, if you decide to select a Vinyl, Laminate or LVT flooring, this will be pre-installed prior to completion, under the government scheme for new build, we are permitted to invoice these flooring types excluding VAT, saving you 20%.

We are FCA approved which allows us to offer all of our clients zero percent finance, making purchasing flooring affordable for all budgets, during this time when cash is tight from purchasing a new home, avoiding having to pay the full amount upfront prior to installation.
