Home Flooring Direct have a vast knowledge of working in the new build housing sector, supplying, and installing various flooring packages.

HFD operate with a dedicated team, dealing directly with each client to ensure the correct products are chosen to best suit your individual requirements. We offer a comprehensive fitting warranty of two years from the date of installation, and in addition to this, each product will be supplied with a full manufacturer’s warranty. HFD work closely with many National house builders, who offer us the ability to preinstall your flooring prior to occupation, as we hold detailed plans for each house type, negating the need to physically measure each room. This saves both time and money, which is reflected in our pricing.

In addition to this, if you decide to select a Vinyl, Laminate or LVT flooring, as this will be pre-installed prior to completion, under the government scheme for new build, we are permitted to invoice these flooring types excluding VAT, saving you 20%.

HFD are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which allows us to offer all of our clients zero percent finance, to make purchasing flooring affordable for all budgets, during this time when cash is tight from purchasing a new home, avoiding having to pay the full amount upfront prior to installation.
