What's Included With My LVT Flooring?

Floor Preparation

Full floor preparation is included when Vinyl products are fitted to the ground floor areas. This preparation includes a cleaning/buffing of the concrete slab, a primer to protect the surface and allow for the latex screed covering to bond with the subfloor. When LVT is fitted to first or second floor areas, a 6mm flooring grade plywood will first be fitted to the subfloor before the final products are fitted.

Installation

A heat sensitive adhesive will be used to adhere the LVT to the subfloor, the LVT will be fitted tight to the skirtings avoiding the need for expansion gaps.

Premium door bars will be supplied and fitted to adjoining rooms, this will differ depending on the flooring products fitted in the other rooms.

Each room will be hoovered, and all debris and waste removed and taken away by our installation teams.
